Has this ever happened to you? I'm pretty sure it's happened to all of us. Someone giving us their opinion or advice when we were least expecting it. It can really throw you into a tailspin and while unsolicited feedback in most cases is really not appropriate that doesn't mean it won't happen.
Learning strategies for dealing with these situations can help you to move forward quickly and not let these situations derail you for long.
